Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return items within 14 days of delivery in line with UK and EU consumer law.

Conditions for returns:

• Items must be unused, undamaged and returned in the original packaging.
• Before sending a return, please email us at contact@lumoriastudio.co.uk with photos showing the item and its packaging.
•  Returns without prior approval may be refused.
• Please note that personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return costs:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
•  If the item is faulty or incorrect, Lumoria Studio will cover the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or faulty items:

•  If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging.
• We may ask for additional evidence before approving a refund or replacement.
• If the returned item shows signs of intentional damage, misuse, or tampering, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or issue a partial refund.

Refunds:

•  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Klarna orders will be refunded directly through Klarna.
